The Learning Network on Capacity Development (LenCD) Learning Package on Capacity Development will shortly be available as an online training course. Developed with support from LenCD, UNDP and Learn4Dev and facilitated by DiploFoundation. Please note that this is a paid course, with limited scholarships for applicants from developing countries.
