Crown Agents is an international development company delivering capacity building and institutional development services in procurement, public financial management, revenue enhancement and expenditure management. As part of its continuing technical assistance, Crown Agents is seeking to identify suitably qualified Capacity Building/Organisational Development Expert who would be interested in potential short and long term consultancy assignments in South Africa.

Required skills and experience:

• University degree in human resource management, capacity building, training, institutional development, or organisational development
• Proven experience of PFM and related public sector reforms and organisation
• At least 10 years of capacity building, institutional needs assessments, development of training materials and mechanisms, functions and strengthening of training institutions, hands-on training, and workshop facilitation experience - including (but not limited to) supply chain management, internal auditing and reporting, accounting policies, risk management, and HR development in integrated financial systems

Desired skills and experience:

• Experience working with EU PRAG (for budget countries), especially relating to contracting and disbursement procedures
• Work experience in South Africa or the region
