MSI is looking for 3 Field Office Directors (FODs) for an upcoming United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded local governance and decentralization programme in Haiti. The project will focus on strengthening municipal government capacity and community involvement.

The selected FODs will manage and coordinate activities in their respective development corridor of either Port-au-Prince, Saint Marc, or Cap-Haitian. A FOD will be responsible for ensuring activities in the assigned region receive the proper logistical support, staffing, and oversight. Regular activities will include coordinating activities with senior project management and technical component leads, identifying appropriate venues for project activities, providing oversight, liaising with stakeholders, conducting site visits, and leading training modules and facilitating events. FODs will report to the project’s Chief of Party in Port-au-Prince. These are full-time, 5 year position that will be based in Port-au-Prince, Saint Marc, and Cap-Haitian respectively.
