UNIFEM Resources on Women, Peace and Security

November 2010

This collection of UNIFEM (part of UN Women) papers published in 2010 brings together a considerable body of analytical and advocacy work undertaken over the last five years, grounded in programming that has helped advance the women, peace and security agenda in policy and practice.

UNIFEM Resources on Women, Peace and Security

The resources cover gender issues in early warning, peace processes, peacekeeping, post-conflict planning and financing, and transitional justice. In addition to specific context studies, there is an overview document, a guidance note on identifying women's peace and security priorities (building voice and influence) and a policy briefing paper on gender and conflict analysis. The entire collection contains 14 stand-alone papers that can be freely downloaded on the UNIFEM website.
