The ASPIRA Association offers education and leadership development programmes for Puerto Rican and other Latino youth. With community-based offices in the US and Puerto Rico, ASPIRA works with over 50,000 youth and their families. These are Aspirantes – youth who will become educated, committed leaders for the benefit of their communities.
