Coordinated HIV/AIDS Response through Capacity Building and Awareness (CHARCA)
CHARCA is a coordinated effort to reduce the vulnerability of young Indian women to HIV. A joint UN project, CHARCA is working to strengthen interventions, promote best practices, encourage replication and scaling-up, and promote results-oriented management of HIV/AIDS programmes.
