Capacity 2015’s ILN is a network of network (meta-network) that is being developed to leverage knowledge in poor and transitional countries meet the MDGs. Regional networks in Africa, the Arab States, Asia and the Pacific, Europe and the CIS, and Latin America will be launched soon.
