University of Leicester, UK: Developing tomorrow’s leaders in health and social care education
The aim of this project is to establish a programme for leaders of health and social care education. Working with existing leaders, it will identify the competencies for effective leadership, and provide for mentorship, action learning and tailored programmes to meet the needs of future leaders.
