The Three-Cs.net is a platform on evaluating the coordingation, complementarity and coherence in the European Union's development coordination policies and operation. This website gives access to the six final reports from the 3Cs evaluation initiative and is a key electronic resource on coordination, complementarity and coherence for development.It also provides links to different evaluation tools and guidelines which have been published by the EU Member States and the Commission.
