This website is a platform on evaluation the 3Cs in the European Union's development coordination. It is dedicated to six joint evaluations of the 3Cs (coordination, complementarity and coherence). The 3Cs concern the principles and legal basis for the European Union's development cooperation that are part of the 1992 Treaty on European Union - the so-called "Maastricht Treaty". This initiative was launched by the Heads of Evaluation of the EU member States and the European Commission.
