This report provides examples of best practices and challenges of donor harmonisation and alignment in Nicaragua, Burkina Faso, Tanzania and Cambodia. As the dialogue moves from principles to practice, both governments and donor agencies have to replace ‘old habits’ with ‘authentic’ harmonisation and alignment actions.
