OECD-DAC/World Bank, updated 2005. This document describes the methodology for measuring and setting the targets for the 12 Indicators of Progress included in the Paris Declaration. It represents agreements reached at meetings of the DAC Working Party on Aid Effectiveness, and has been updated in the light of comments received in response to the proposal made by Richard Manning and Michel Reveyrand in July 2005.
