Improving Access to Resources, Services and Markets: Agricultural Programmes as a Comprehensive Approach to Rural Poverty Relief?
Synopsis of Findings of the Africa Forum, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, September 2005. The Africa Forum is a sector-based network of managers and practitioners of PBAs in Agriculture and Rural Development. This year, over 140 people attended the forum, representing 19 African countries. Amongst others, experiences with agricultural PBAs were presented from Burkina Faso, Kenya, Ghana, Zambia, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi and Mozambique.
