OECD-DAC Network on Governance (GOVNET), 2005. Based on studies conducted in Bangladesh, Bolivia, Kenya, and Tanzania, this review compares different donor approaches to conducting Power and Drivers of Change analyses. It looks at what is being done with the findings, in order to learn lessons for future work, and offers recommendations for this type of work.
