UNDP, 2005. This report looks at 32 examples of partnerships in areas such as debt, poverty reduction, conflict prevention, peace-building, and HIV/AIDS. The report suggests that the most effective partnerships with civil society have come as a result of UNDP promoting a national dialogue; developing capacity to generate disaggregated data; engaging a wide range of actors; and providing small grants for creative partnerships.
