The SNV Leadership Development Programme in Albania was first offered in 2005 to a select group of SNV advisors and client organisations: Mjaft (http://www.mjaft.org/), a social change organization, Co-Plan (http://www.co-plan.org/), the Institute for Habitat Development and the Albanian National Training & Technical Assistance Resource Center – ANTTARC.
