This Power Point presentation addresses the question of 'structural tension', which is defined as the discrepancy between what you want (desired end result) and what you have (current reality).
It discusses the difference between the choices you make to get to this result (primary choices) and the choices you make to support these (secondary choices). It also looks at the creative process cycle, which runs from conception to evaluation.
The presentation is part of the second module of the SNV Leadership Development Programme in Albania.
