This Power Point presentation is used in the second module of the SNV Leadership Development Programme in Albania to introduce participants to the question of taking risks and facing challenges.
This programme was first offered in 2005 to a select group of SNV advisors and client organisations: Mjaft (http://www.mjaft.org/), a social change organization, Co-Plan (http://www.co-plan.org/), the Institute for Habitat Development and the Albanian National Training & Technical Assistance Resource Center – ANTTARC.
The programme was organised into 5 modules. For each module, a 2-day meeting was organised, followed by a period for on the job 'learning-by-doing'. The different modules are:
