NGO/Capacity Builder - African Leadership and Progress Network
The African Leadership and Progress Network (ALPN) is a non-profit organisation with offices in Washington DC and Abuja, Nigeria. Its mission is to promote private-sector growth and poverty alleviation in African countries through various initiatives, including on leadership.
The organisation is currently developing the 'African Leadership Capacity Development Project', a large-scale intiative covering a number of activities. These include the creation of a website with training materials on leadership, the development of manuals on leadership, the compilation of a database of profiles of young, emerging leaders, and the organisation of training sessions and seminars on the topic.
