SNV is a Netherlands-based, international development organisation that provides advisory services to nearly 1800 local organisations in over 30 developing countries to support their fight against poverty. SNV is currently active in Asia, Africa, the Balkans, and Latin America.
In a number of countries in Africa, Asia and on the Balkans, SNV has started offering Leadership development programmes to strengthen the leadership of its client organisations. These programmes look at leadership at the individual level, the organisational level and the societal level, and aim to strengthen 'transformational leadership' for sustainable devellopment.
