XCeval
This network is an e-mail based communications network for evaluation and research people in developing countries.
Over 450 evaluators in about 60 countries participate in the network, which is frequently used to advertise M&E related consultancies and jobs. XCeval is a listserv for persons interested in issues associated with international and cross-cultural evaluation. Initially set up for the International and Cross-Cultural Topical Interest Group of the American Evaluation Association.
