LenCD organizes side event and launches CD ROM in Accra
The Learning Network on Capacity Development (LenCD) is an informal network of analysts and practitioners that aims to create a global community of practice around capacity development. Its activities included a display in the market place; distributing a CD ROM with resource materials on capacity development; and organizing a side event: "Exploring the Bonn Consensus:Tough questions on capacity development."
