CODEP aims to reduce violent conflict and support those worst affected by it through the improvement of policy and practice in conflict, development and peace work carried out by UK NGOs, academic institutions, consultants and government departments.
The CODEP website is a forum for the sharing of ideas, knowledge and experience, and for the discussion of policy and practice relating to conflict, development and peace. We believe that such discussion helps our members to challenge accepted thinking on international responses to conflict and makes their practical responses more effective.
