From 16 to 18 March 2007 The Centre for Global Studies held a two-day conference at the University of Victoria to examine how to achieve co-ordination during international post-disaster and peace-building recovery missions, both at the national and international levels. Participants included representatives of governments, international organizations, NGOs, and academics. The results of the conference have been made available on the website of Failed States.
