Foundation - Kellog International Leadership Programme in Africa
In 1989, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation launched its Kellog International Leadership Programme, to connect leaders in Latin America and the Caribbean, the United States and Southern Africa.
Using global seminars, small study groups, and community projects, the programme focuses on strengthening leadership capacities of individuals that have the potential to change the society in which they live.
On its website, the Foundation presents a selection of stories and insights from participants in the programme, sharing their thoughts on how the programme helped them to change their lives. The website also contains toolkits on evaluation, communication and policy that can be consulted online.
