This power point presentation is used by the SNV Leadership Development Programme in Albania to introduce participants to different theories on leadership. Theories covered include trait theories, situational leadership and behavioural leadership.
The presentation is part of the first module of the programme, which was first offered in 2005 to a select group of SNV advisors and client organisations: Mjaft (http://www.mjaft.org/), a social change organization, Co-Plan (http://www.co-plan.org/), the Institute for Habitat Development and the Albanian National Training & Technical Assistance Resource Center – ANTTARC.
The programme was organised into 5 modules. For each module, a 2-day meeting was organised, followed by a period for on the job 'learning-by-doing'. The different modules are:
