This power point presentation is used by the SNV Leadership Development Programme in Albania to introduce participants to the work of Kouzes and Posner on Leadership.
It is part of the first module of the programme which wasfirst offered in 2005 to a select group of SNV advisors and client organisations: Mjaft (http://www.mjaft.org/), a social change organization, Co-Plan (http://www.co-plan.org/), the Institute for Habitat Development and the Albanian National Training & Technical Assistance Resource Center – ANTTARC.
The programme is organised into 5 modules. For each module, a 2-day meeting is organised, followed by a period for on the job 'learning-by-doing'. The different modules are:
