This Power Point presentation draws on Peter Senghe's book 'The Fifth Discipline, The Art and Practice of the Learning Organisation. It was used in SNV Albania's Leadership Development Programme to introduce the theory of Systems Thinking and its implications for leaders and organisations. It also provides a number of exercises to help participants apply the notions to their own situation.
