The Organizational Assessment (OA) websit is a joint effort of three partner organizations: International Development Research Centre (IDRC) (a government organization); Center for Educational Leadership at McGill University (an academic institution); and Universalia Management Group (a private consulting firm). A variety of approaches to organisational self-evaluation and self-reflection is presented on the website, which also offers guidance for organisations to help them choose appropriate frameworks and models.The interactive nature of the website allows you to provide feedback as well as share your experience online with other users based on your application and use of frameworks, models and tools.
